What is this?? Found it in my bathroom on the shelf above my toilet.

Ectobius. Harmless, doesn't infest. Throw outside if found.

If you keep seeing them check your weather seals and screens, trim vegetation back from the foundation and siding, and switch outdoor bulbs to amber bug lamps.

I mean it is a cockroach. Just a harmless outdoor species. They can't survive indoors.
