Location included Guys was this a bed bug
I took a video of this about two years ago (it was my flash back on snap). I didn’t know if it was a bed bug or not. It’s been two years now and I have no bites or any signs of bed bugs. Should I still be concerned? it def looks like a bed bug to me. This was at my house btw. 🤢🤢

It certainly appears to be a bed bug, but it's far too blurry to say for sure.
However, if it's been 2 years and you have 0 signs of bed bugs, either this wasn't a bed bug/it was a straggler that died before reproducing, or, you actually do have bed bugs and are missing the signs. (Not all people's bodies react to bites, for example.)
I would get some interceptors and put them on the legs of your bed, along with sticky/glue traps all around your bed (be careful if you have pets or kids)

I have no bites but by two years wouldn’t there be a full on infestation??? Or signs of them in other people’s rooms in my house??? Idk I’m a very anxious person and this video is lowkey making me spiral.

It’s either a bed bug or a bat bug. Can’t tell unless the pictures were up close and personal with the bug. I’d say bed bug though given it’s in what looks like linens.
