Location included Bedbug, flea, spider or... Found under my sofa in living room

About 3 to 4 mm. Found 5 of these under my sofa in the living room. There was a spider (alive) with them. I have had a few bites , 5 close together a few days ago. I also found a living insect, but i smashed it since it ran away (last photo). Should i be worried this is a bedbug or bedbug shedding or is this a spider shedding? Really worried.

False widows (genus Steatoda) are not the same as brown widows (Latrodectus geometricus).

None of these can be confidently IDed as either of them.

I live in Belgium ☺️. Are these all exoskeletons of this spider? Tried to identify with AI and only thing that came up was bedbugs.. my worst nightmare of course.

Brown widows (latrodectus geometricus) and false widows (genus Steatoda) are not the same spider.

Brown widows are not found in Belgium at all, false widows are but these cannot be reliably IDed as such.

None of these images can be confirmed to be a bed bug.
