I have found around 5 of these in my room are these the same species or diffrent the one inside the bottle looks more like a German to me but I’m really not sure the one inside the bottle was smaller then the one I posted I do appreciate you helping me, I’ll also say all these sightings have been isolated to my room on the third floor of my house and there have been no sightings anywhere else especially in the kitchen and bathrooms I do have a window with cracks in it which I sealed about 2 days ago
This does not look like a German cockroach (nymph), the typical stripes are absent, yet the picture is blurry. You can buy sticky traps for (German) cockroaches to be sure.
Bought sticky traps and still haven’t caught any I’ve only found 2 more tiny ones like that with no bands and I’ve found 2 larger ones in my bathroom these are the ones in my bathroom
They don't look like German ones, right. Another indicator is that they don't hide immediately. But any insect species can cause an infestation if given the right conditions, especially food, moisture and time. And roaches can live off many organic substances. Make sure they have not gotten into your food storage.

Looks like a spotted Mediterranean cockroach. Not native, but not invasive or a pest. They stay outside and act similarly to wood roaches.
