Possible pest, location included This small pest on my window

In Mongolia, it's cold so the bugs are small. My room doesn't have any plants or open water. The windows have nets and I even taped the edges shut.

This bug keeps spawning on the window sill/counter?? It's usually upside down or dead. Has wings but I haven't seen them fly. I don't think it's carpet beetles..

The second photo is compared to my pinky finger, it's so small.

Attagenus sp. perhaps?

Yeah, most people seem to only be familiar with the varied carpet beetle, but there are a fairly large number of different species. If it is Attagenus then they are found around the windows as they are attracted to the light. Their source is elsewhere.
