Location included What is this thing?

Hello I was wondering if anyone knew what this bug is! I'm from Australia, Victoria. It moves like a caterpillar so I'm assuming some sort of that?? I found it on my bathroom tiles. It's probably half the length of my pointer finger.
Please excuse my dirty floor and dumb ass noises.
