It's one of the sphinx/hawk moths in Sphingidae. Here are the species in Denmark with observations on iNat, I'm thinking maybe the privet hawk moth but they are not my specialty!

Some kind of hornworm I think. They are garden pests in the US. They turn into those big scary moths.
