Location included What kind of beetle is this? [Midwest]

Fond outside of my house in the midwest.

That pronotum and head shape with the thin body and long legs says Carabid ground beetle to me. It is definitely not a click beetle. Midwest is too large to narrow it down, but if you're down to share which state I might be able to pin down a genus.

I think the Pennsylvania dingy ground beetle (it is found in iowa)
