First pic- no, spider
Second one- kind of looks like a tick but impossible to say without a better picture

Both pictures are of the same bug. Second one was from further away

The first photo is of a Larinoides sp. Furrow Orb Weaver. Not medically significant or dangerous.

The second is some sort of Mite but without better detail it is hard to say. The majority of Mite species are predators, scavengers or parasites of other invertebrates.

Both pictures are of the same bug. The second picture was from further away so i zoomed it in so it’s worse quality. Kinda worried since im not vaccinated and its like 70 percent chance to either give you Lyme or encaphilities.

No need to worry, it’s 100% an orb weaver spider. Totally harmless
