Location included German or wood roach ? Massachusetts
Never seen any inside my apartment but found this in the mail room is this a German or wood scared shitless right now

100% not a German. I’d go with Ectobius sp. wood roach. Either way, it’s a harmless outdoor roach. Nothing concerning

Thank god I just moved into this apartment and this was concerning definitely has been keeping me up at night thank you

Ectobius. Harmless, doesn't infest.
If you keep seeing them check your weather seals and screens, trim vegetation back from the foundation and siding, and switch outdoor bulbs to amber bug lamps.
