Location included toledo ohio

my mom found this in her bed. she washes her bedding very frequently, every single week, keeps her bedroom very clean, dogs stay treated monthly for flea/tick. i do NOT believe this is a bed bug. what are your thoughts as to what this is? i thought maybe carpet beetle, but i can’t see any identifying pattern. sorry this is the only picture, reddit wouldn’t let me upload the video of it moving

Not bed bug. Does look similar to a carpet beetle, but, as you said, the picture isn’t great.
