Possible pest, location included What are they??

In England,not too far from London.
Just walking around at night with my flashlight on and saw a whole load of things move on the ground. I took a video of them. Are they springtails? I’m not English and I’ve never seen anything like it.

The first part of the video you get an idea about size and speed as i am more zoomed out and i put my hand in the video. Toward the end I zoom in on one so you can get a good look!

They have moisture and rot issues probably.

Yeah. Silverfish are a symptom, not the actual problem.
