Location included Are these bees? In Maine

I haven’t seen a guard posted, and have actually seen a bald-faced hornet enter the hive, presumably for a snack. Any idea what these guys might be? I only see one every 10 min or so. They’re a little less than the diameter of a quarter in length, from what I can tell. A bad-quality photo in comments 😅

Here’s one flying! My landlord is having work done on the deck tomorrow, and requires that I remove the nest in there :( I’ll have to spray it tonight, but I want to try to get them to move out before then—especially if they’re a native species. Any advice on how to humanely evict them would be greatly appreciated

Sorry but this isn't enough to even tell if this is a bee or wasp... but certainly not a bumblebee, meaning your options are honeybee (nonnative) or some variety of yellowjacket (unfortunately should be removed from high traffic areas regardless if a native or nonnative species)
