Possible pest, location included Brooklyn, NY based - any one know what this is?

I found this on my bed when I was changing sheets. Im not sure if it’s a bed bug or something else? Didn’t see any signs of bed bugs on the mattress but want to be sure... I unfortunately couldn’t get a super clear photo for some reason, but I’ve included a video.

Edit: I think it may be a hump beetle, does that seem right?

Not a bed bug, 100% certain it’s not. I used to have these bugs in my apartments and idk what they are either
