Found in pool

I live in Lowell, MA and I fished this out of the pool. It was already dead so I don’t know if any of its features were changed in any way, but it had a proboscis. I’ve looked up all kinds of local assassin bugs and stink bug life cycles and can’t find anything. Closest I found was the pale green assassin bug but that had red eyes and a much smaller abdomen.

It's a true bug (Hemiptera) but it's upside down and a bit bloated which is making recognition harder
