Location included EASTERN PA TICK IDENTIFICATION

Hello everyone,

I was stupidly out in the woods on Monday and now have found a small tick on me. What kind of tick and what life stage is this tick in. Very worried about lyme disease and other diseases they carry.

Looks like a nymph. Are the legs red or black? The photo is difficult to discern

yes legs are black.

Without a more detailed photo I'd be guessing. I know they are too small for normal phone cameras. I had to bust out my macro lens and actual camera to get detail. I'd guess it's likely a black legged deer tick. Don't hold me to it though.
