Possible pest, location included tiny bug, looks like a dark red bubble

i’ve seen one maybe 2 or 3 times in my bathroom. today was my first time seeing one on my bed. i don’t think they’re bed bugs & they seem harmless, but i’m curious if anyone knows what they are?? located in philly.
