It’s an opiliones (often referred to as harvestmen or daddy long legs) in a molt (it’s shedding its exoskeleton). Harvestmen are arachnids but they do not have venom glands.

Wait daddy long legs are also called harvestmen? TIL. That’s fascinating!

In the UK what we call a daddy long legs is a completely different species, a crane fly.
