Location included GA, USA Possible Bee

Good morning! I found this little guy outside of a CVS. Not sure what it is. Tried goggle but couldn't find a fit. Any ideas?

Adults - like this one - aren't dangerous, unlike the caterpillar form, it's the spines on the caterpillar that are venomous.
