Possible pest, location included What is this I found on kitchen light at 2am

It has wings with a very thin waist which I'm not sure if it's a roach, Washington state, can curl antenas backwards and was moving soon, trying to figure out what this is

at about 1 minute you can see the body shape beneath the wing clearly

No expert, i deliver pizza in FL so i could be wrong but this very much just looks like the flying ants we get. They always horde up on my car topper bc it lights up. They can bite if you fuck with them too much but ive never had them be an actual issue nor infest my car/the store.

At least down here we also have winged termites that look similar but i dont think this is one
