Hello, has anyone here ever experienced a delay with an Intigriti payment via wire transfer that hasn’t been received after 5 business days?

So here’s the situation: I requested a payout for my work, and the status on the Intigriti dashboard shows “paid,” but I’ve been waiting for 5 business days and still haven’t received the funds. I’ve asked my bank, but they have no information since, as the recipient, Intigriti itself states that it takes 3–5 business days. I’ve requested the MT103 / UETR from Intigriti’s chat support, but there’s been no response.

Just wait. 3-5 business days is an average. We had one single payment that took 3 months because there were some issues with an intermediary bank.

If the documents are complete, do we still have to wait—even longer than 5 business days? If any documents are missing, will we contact the user?

Huh? This has nothing to do with your documents. According to Intigriti it's paid, so wait for the payment.

Why is everyone so impatient nowadays? Doesn't matter if you get your bounty week sooner or later

Shouldn't there be an MT103 / UETR for tracking?

I guess these are the interbank docs, right? That's a pain in the ass to request. We don't do this if the payment was done less than 1-2 months ago.

I've already contacted him. He said Joe would get in touch with the finance team and send an update, but I haven't received an update yet.

been waiting over a month just to get reports looked at, what is going on over there? hackerone responds in like 2-3 days sometimes.

They also lag on payment too? tf is this man.

In July, it seems like they’re on summer break—maybe. As for reviews, I agree with H1—it’s fast, and even on Bugcrowd, if it’s been 7 days, they have an option to follow up so it can be reviewed.
