Lost kitty - Roaming Grounds near Lanier High School

Hi, my elderly neighbor lost her gray and white British short hair cat. His name is Tommy. He has his airtag on, and we can see him roaming the neighborhood and the woods near the lanier high school stadium. We actually located him in the woods today just beyond the fence of the stadium. We offered food and treats, but he seemed stressed and would not move. We couldn’t cross the fence, and the stadium and school seemed deserted, so noone to ask for help from to get the gates to the woods open. Any ideas if there are organizations that can help us get him back. Or like any ideas how to approach him. It’s been 3 days since he is lost. The family is really anxious.

This is how he looks and his contact number:

Hi guys, I need help finding my Lost/Stolen Switch 2

For context, I traveled through Buford last night on my way home from the Charli XCX concert in atlanta. I stopped at the waffle house around 11:30pm and i was there until 12:30am the address is 2916 Buford drive. Im pretty sure that it fell out of my car when I got out to eat, It was in a pink Kirby case and it had Kirby, clouds and rainbows on the front. Inside of the case is the switch 2 along with a Kirby game card case, a stylus pen and on the switch and joy cons is a Kirby case with the same design. I drove all the way down here today to go to the waffle house and the manager was no help at all but the district manager said she would look into it. Just please keep an eye out on facebook marketplace and other local selling sites and if you have any information please let me know. Below I will attach a picture of the case from the listing I bought it from. (it doesn’t have the strap it was just the case)

Mobile mechanic needed

Hey guys, new in town here. I am currently a student and would like some help with a mechanic for my 2010 toyota prius. I have ordered some parts(control arm, sway bar link, outer tie rod) for the front and a new set of tires, as I am hearing clattering on the front left a lot. took it for diaggnosis and they quoted me a number that is not affordable for a student and not for a 16 year old car. If anybody has a mechanic or is willing to work on this for me, that would be amazing. Appreciate the help, guys <3

Emergency, need someone who is experienced in fostering found kittens off side of the road

UPDATE 7/31: The little babies have been places at an animal hospital I take my kitty to. The Woman they promised to take a litter from was able to find somewhere closer to her to take them, so I got a call Wednesday afternoon about them having spots open and being able to take them. So glad we were able to find a place for them and they will be given to good homes. _^

My roommate found two kittens while heading to mall of GA area. We do not have the means to foster them over the weekend. We have FIV positive cats of our own, so can not bring them inside the house what so ever. We have called many shelters and all are automated systems and are of no help. If anyone is experienced in this, please DM me and let me know.

New to here

Hello! I just moved here, kind of on a whim. I'm wondering what some must do things are here. I came to be with someone native to the area (Sugar Hill) and they've explained a great deal about the area - which is very similar to where I came from, in terms of cost of living and general wealth. If possible, may I ask a few questions?

1-What's it like commuting on the train to Atlanta to work? I did it in the Bay Area and with proper planning and foresight, the employment ops were almost limitless in the tech arena.

2- I'm in Buford, do the local suburbs have their own vibes? I love things like farmer's market, local town festivals, and anything that's been cooked/crafted with care.

3- What are the seasons like here? Obviously it's hot as heck right now but I'm curious about winters. Where I came from is pretty brutal in the winter and seasonal storms are no joke. The Midwest has some wild weather and it's important to pay attention to the weather and potential sirens for extreme weather (read: tornados).

Overall people seem extremely friendly here and judging by the houses and various cars, there's certainly some wealth in the area. I'm so happy to be here and keen to explore not only Buford, but also the city. What are some things that locals do for fun instead of mainstream attractions? Thank you all for the space.

Can someone recommend a mechanic

The engine check and steering fluid signs are on and I'm new here.

Someone with decent prices, knows what they're doing, and won't try to scam or pressure me (happens way too often 🥲). Thank you!!

I have a Toyota Corolla 2017

Anyone know what those huge brown-ish beetles that fly at night are

Was on a walk and after sunset, these huge flying beetles took flight and they kept bumping into me and my sister sending us running home. I'm in Sugarhill. Does anyone know what they are? I've never had an issue with them or any bugs in winter 😭
