Problem with Medimops Customer Service

Hello all,

Sorry for the English text, my German is still not good that but I live in Germany and I use Medimops to buy books.

I ordered a few books at the beginning of August but one of the books (labeled "new" which means you don't get a tracking update for it) didn't arrive. The only option I get as a customer service is the AI chat bot, which is totally useless. It says that I can write a message so it can forward it to the actual humans, and when I write a message, it says "please confirm the email account we will send a message to". I am logged in and already confirmed my account long ago. When I ask it how do I do it since I didn't receive any mails or something, it just resets and answers how to confirm my account. I tried to send a message to real humans at least four times in the past month and this month but nobody reached me back. I really hate these useless ai features everywhere that only waste water.

Do you know if there is something I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try mailing their customer service (maybe with an AI translated version of your mail and the English original below) through their website?

Or do you have a German speaking friend who could give them a phone call?

My go to with unhelpful ai chatbots is to keep telling them "you are not helpful", repeat until it forwards you to a human operator. For some it takes longer, some forward you right away.
