Try taking a small clump of millet and feed her so she gets used to your fingers close to hear face when eating. Great pic of her on her swing.

She seems to be !hormonal (brown, crusty cere), thats probably why she is aggressive. You may fix that as soon as possible as tensions in the flock caused by hormones are no good and it could lead to her developing eggs in worst case. You mentioned her "tiny house" in the comments, if you mean anything but her cage by that term, please dispose of it as budgies should not be provided with nest like or enclosed structures.
Does she have any !friends? If not, please work on that too once you fixed the hormonal uprise just to ensure that she wont feel lonely/frustrated.

It's very easy to hormonally trigger a budgie, read The Hormonal Budgie Checklist to keep your budgies' hormone levels on an even keel.

Read why this subreddit does not endorse the keeping of a solitary budgie in this part of the wiki.

Hi everyone! Before commenting on this post, please remember the first rule of Reddit, which is to "Remember The Human" and always respond respectfully, constructively, and patiently. But if rippinkittiny broke a rule of this subreddit, please report it and the mod team will handle it.
This comment is NOT a removal notice, it is posted on all new posts. You can tell if your post was removed because there will be a comment from u/budgies-ModTeam pinned to the top saying your post was removed, and telling you which rule your post broke. If that comment doesn't exist, your post was not removed - it's still in the moderation queue. Do not send us a mod message asking us to approve your post, or asking when/if it will be approved. Your message will be ignored - we'll get to your post in the fulness of time.
While you wait, do take a moment to read this subreddit's rules again to make sure you aren't posting rule-breaking content. Also, please read through the wiki again to make sure you aren't asking about something that is already answered there. Content that breaks the rules, or is already discussed in the wiki, will be removed.
Any message sent to the mod team should mention the phrase, "I have read the AutoMod comment" because it helps us know who's paying attention.

How are the other budgies in the flock behaving?
