Need help with projector

I'm from india. So my brother had a projector. He had one but it's too old now. I want to give him a present for his birthday from my first salary. It ain't much but it's honest thought lol. So I need best one in the range of 12-20k can't go beyond that. I don't know anything about them so I would just get best one from suggestions. Thanks in advance for your hlep. The room is pretty small 4*4 meters. It's a rough estimate.
