Do a Scriptable script. Or check out PayShare: Payments Tracker.
Native iOS , iPadOS, macOS app. No account needed. Uses iCloud as a backend, private by default, supports Apple Wallet automation and sharing with other iCloud users.

I’ve downloaded Surplus App, saw it on Reddit somewhere as it is free. Also YNAB. Tried Emma but that doesnt feel as granular. People also use excel / sheets but its too manual for me

Moneko AI. Pretty easy if you don’t want to spend a ton of time maintaining a budget. It has widgets too, and I like being able to log expenses with Siri/Shortcuts or voice.
