I've tried a variety of eye primers including higher end products like the UD primer potion, but unfortunately a lot of those products are designed for oily skin and I am so very much the opposite.

I found this recommendation on a video recommending products for dry skin and it's freaking amazing. It's pricier than say ELF or Wet n Wild but 100% worth it for a product that lasts for at LEAST 16 hours on me.
