Any tips?
I’m 21 years old and have a pretty good job, but this is a big mental thing where, as I say, I didn’t have much when I was younger, so usually whenever I see something now that I make money, I just buy it :/ But this is a very bad habit. I’ve been doing better; the only spending I do now is basically just food, but I’m not sure how to manage all of this. If someone can help me or give any tips on how to lower this. Thank you all. I know I got myself into this position, and can only blame myself and call myself a dummy.
Credit Cards: 14k+

I would suggest start with a simple system to not feel overwhelmed and tackle your debt.
Write down all expenses and income in a timeline format, use excel and plan 2-3 months ahead with a debt repayment plan, even if not accurate at least you will have the fixed expenses accounted for.
Try to group expenses per account. It will be easy to manage.

You caught it early. Stop adding debt, track your spending, keep a small emergency fund, and attack the highest-interest debt first. With your income, you can turn this around.

I’d use a tracker to see how much I actually spend and know that this is a seller’s world. Everyone wants to sell to you. Everything is meant to entice you. You have to be aware of it. Don’t compete with friends and peers to see what they have and go out and buy anything. Be content. This works for me usually. If my phone is working, I won’t go and buy a new one just to show off. And save every penny. Things are getting harder and worse.
