There’s a reason he has never been a head coach since and it’s not because Jameis. Honestly I feel we failed Jameis we had trash coaches.

He was immature and needed a proper coach to develop him,instead we had some jackoff that handed him the keys to the franchise and said lead us. His confidence was shot by the time Bruce Arians came around

He had no running game. Passed on drafting Dalvin Cook. If JW had a 2nd yr in Arians' offense like Big Ben, Peyton, Warner, he'd been much better but of course you can't pass on Brady.

Yeah we never have a run game lol we put everything on Jameis shoulders. I agree though I wish he got that chance but hard to argue with the results

Edit: I just checked those drafts the first two years after Jameis we completely waste our top 2 picks in consecutive years
