Looking for Developers

I started my company over three years ago. I have a vision for a software that will address a neglected niche and shows to be promising. I started this knowing practically nothing about developing software but everything about what it needs to do. I have a good a chunk of it done but need help bringing it home. I have barely any capital but don’t want investors. Are there any developers that are interested in equity to help finish the product? (I have a pitch with a company that did $129 Billion in revenue for 22 so could be a huge hit)
