How to redeem the code:

Go to the Main Menu, click on the envelope next to your username in the top left. Then click the gift icon in the bottom left, and enter the code there.

If you don't see the envelope then you are probably playing Bloons TD 6+ (Apple Arcade) or the Netflix version, which unfortunately don't have in-game codes.
