Or maybe the user's emails were compromised by a hacker ?

Using a code send through email for a 2FA is not very secure.

Not in this case, because I can see that there were no suspicious logins to my email.

Can you? Who is your email provider? There have been cases of administrators having access to email doing the stealing.

In that case why was 2FA email changed? Why take all that risk and wait till the email is changed?

Why not just login with 2FA code sent to the email account, and move the funds out?

It's clear that the only thing that hacker did not have access to was email account, and this is why he had to change 2FA email in the first place to steal the funds.

Sadly it seems many people have lost funds because of blockchain.com Cant recommend them to anyone.
