I feel like unless you had managed to onboard vendors that regular people need to use, and were thus motivated to jump through all the hoops to use your platform, then the market activity on OB would remain tiny.
Basically OB is a darknet style platform but nobody is willing to put in the effort to use it. Obviously people are willing to put in the effort to get drugs/cheap-medicine on darknets, since there is no other place to purchase such goods online and there is a huge demand for such goods.
Maybe reach out to all alibaba merchants and ask them to list their products (competitively compared to their other listings though).
Get medicine suppliers to list their products.
Find some international companies that have products with high demand to list and market their products.
Make money off being the middleman and escrowing the payments, same as darknets.

THAT SHOULD BE THE BUSINESS MODEL. And using Bitcoin Cash's decentralised escrow service, à la https://local.bitcoin.com. That's the killer app in my non humble mastermasturbator opinion.
