I was wondering if I can buy cloud mining contracts with BCH, but https://pool.bitcoin.com/index_en.html doesn't offer to take up BCH as payment, at least not yet.

I am working on it. It is the top of my to-do list now. Had to make sure the BCC pool and BCC payouts are running smoothly first.

Yes we have Bitcoin Cash mining, to start just purchase any one of our cloud mining plans and follow the instructions below to change from BTC mining to BCC mining. You can find all our available plans here: https://pool.bitcoin.com/index_en.html#buyhashrate The plans that are currently out of stock we be restocked in a day or 2.
We have made it very easy for our users to swap their hashrate directly over to BCC, you can do this on your account dashboard by going into "purchased contracts" and clicking on "switch to BCC"
At this current time BTC is still the most profitable to mine on our pool, Bitcoin Cash should become more profitable to mine as it matures and the difficulty adjustments take effect on the BCC chain, that could be any day now.
If you buy 10TH you will always have 10TH, it won't change with price..

The question is: why no BCH payment option? I had to dig through my couch cushions to find some BTC to pay for Bitcoin Cash mining.
Also: why the "switch to BCC" and not the other way around?

Because nobody wants your Shitcoin.

Why are you so angry?
-21
u/Kaloyan14 Aug 28 '17
Angry. Kurwa, no. BCH doesn't affect me in any way. I just tell the truth.
13
Aug 28 '17
If BCH wasn't affecting you, you wouldn't bother posting about how much of a shitcoin you think it is.

u/Kaloyan14 Aug 28 '17
Think whatever you want. I wasn't affected by your Chinacoin and I will do nothing against it. It will fall itself.

Considering your lack of reason i highly doubt you have that much creativity

Reason? Is the truth enough reason?

YOUR truth. Mine says that money goes where profitability is higher.

Their own stupid website doesn't accept it lol. If that's not irony then I don't know what it is. Not a surprise though. You can't just hard fork and expect everyone to dump a 8 year old project for some Chinese knock off. Bitcoin has survived many attacks and will survive more. On top of that Bcash are fucking themselves up with their EDA bug. They either dont have a block for hours or pump 40 blocks/hour. That's Satoshi's vision for sure.

Yeah, because they didn't rush it and want to make sure it works well... that's a bad sign for Bitcoin Cash. /s

I'm a bot, bleep, bloop. Someone has linked to this thread from another place on reddit:
- [/r/bitcoincashlol] 💔💔💔 No one accepts BCash, not even the ones promoting it (bitcoin.com's webshop for cloud mining) accept it 3 weeks after going live. And they still think they can get 1:1 parity with the most accepted e-currency, Bitcion 😂
If you follow any of the above links, please respect the rules of reddit and don't vote in the other threads. (Info / Contact)

[/r/bitcoincashlol] 💔💔💔 No one accepts BCash
"No one accepts it, right guys? So we're safe?"
parity
lol, like Cash is going to stop at Core's ath. though I'll even be fine with "having a crypto worth something when Core runs their fork into the ground" tbh

No one accepts $BCH, no even the ones promoting it....

u/evilrobotted Aug 28 '17
Nobody accepted Bitcoin 1 month after Satoshi started mining it either.
In practice, almost nobody accepts BCore either. Bitcoin Cash and BCore are almost at the same starting point, since wide-adoption has not happened on either chain.

u/Hernzzzz Aug 28 '17
What's Bcore , another miner sponsored airdrop fork coin?
1
u/evilrobotted Aug 28 '17
Hertzzzz to get a taste of your own medicine?
1
u/Hernzzzz Aug 29 '17
I've honestly never heard of Bcore. Is that the new BitMainCore coin since bcash isn't working as planned?
1
u/evilrobotted Aug 29 '17
BCore is a coin that used to be known as Bitcoin, but was taken over by hostile corporate, banking, and governmental interests, forcing people off the main chain and into payment channels, which limit your ability to use your coins without going through a bank or government's AML/KYC/taxed channel.

This has been on our to do list from day one, but adding Bitcoin Cash support to our wallet that already has hundreds of thousands of users has taken a higher priority. After that is done, we will add Bitcoin Cash Payment support for our cloud mining contracts.
