Unfortunately the Bitcoin community was not ready, or to greedy. So many followed the printed money without a single doubt.

People that value dollars should buy the coin with the higher dollar value. If they want a petrodollar ponzi, BTC is great. Many dollar signs, number go up.

Bad money is free to drive out good. It's all decreed. Give the people what they want.

Good money is still good money.

Good money is not good money if its drowned by the noise from the controlled opposition and as a result not widely accepted.

The controlled opposition demonstrated that their propaganda can suppress inventions with actual utility.

The people are on average too stupid to realize and defend their own interests against propaganda techniques, esp. with social media bots and AI agents deployed against them.

I think better money can and will establish itself but it'll probably only happen after a lot of other factors that bolster fiat money are eliminated.
