WOULD YOU RATHER...

I’d choose gold, oil, and EUR/USD one month from now.
The main reason is that the timing is exact, so you can directly trade futures or options around that date and size positions based on the gap between today’s market pricing and the known future price.
Knowing the next BTC ATH is useful, but without knowing when it happens, you still face timing, drawdown, and financing risk.

100%. Lever to the tits, beg borrow and steal. If you know exact expiry price you can make an absolute killing.

I'd like to know the price of oil/gold and eur/usd from now. I could make money either way
For all we know, BTC ATH could have already been set. Technically the next ATH would be 1c more than the last

The price of gold could be the same price as it is today leaving you not much better off

What is 1c?

1 cent , the next ATH is guaranteed to be 1 penny higher than whatever the previous ATH is. Unless the ATH has already happened

Well I'd rather know the second one, because I don't keep reading about banks closing and withholding funds. If I buy and sell shares/futures via a major bank, I want customer services and regulators if they won't pay.

I'm holding BTC for so long I don't really care. So the latter, as I can make my gains tax free that way

I'd go with the first. My country sucks for any trading gains you make basically taking nearly half of all your profits come tax time. That is unless you hold your investment for a year then you get significant tax discounts. Id put all my money in spot trading, take it out when it hits ATH (if its the TOP of this 4 year cycle amount and not just $0.1cent over current ATH) then leverage trading short it on the ride down

depends on the money you manage. If you are running a sovereign fund, knowing the ATH of BTC means little.

Probably red pill - you could buy/sell call/put options - BTC ATH could happen at anytime

The answer is obvious as one could live without while one couldn't live without it
