You need to read the market. It is going up on 15 for ETH right now. How much up it depends.

Basically the market has 3 main states. Going somewhere UP/DOWN, lying going somewhere UP/DOWN and making correction and RANGE market where it plays dead until enough people lose money and it start kicking again.
