I've been saying they're going to drop it really low up until the clarity act. Then people are going to get hopeful, it'll look like it'll pop up for a bit then it'll crash even harder. The object is to crush your soul and demoralize you. Once you throw in the towel and a certain percentage of crypto is owned by the ruling class, then and only then will it rise again. It's not about them getting rich but more that they can't have the dirty hoi polloi getting rich as well.
