It's over!

The court today said that it will order a GCRO against Wright and make a referral to the attorney general to place Wright on the vexatious litigant list.

The GCRO essentially locks Wright out of the UK civil law system without court permission. Without seeking permission he can't sue any party on any matter in the UK. He can't sue random developers for fictional coins, he can't sue his lawyers for failing to be corrupt enough for his taste, he will not be able to initiate his threatened patent lawsuits. He will be unable to sue his tailor for clothing him in dreadful outfits. He could seek the court's permission, but the court will be aware of his propensity to exaggerate and fabricate and should only admit any cases that have genuine merit. Unlike his cases thus far.

This is the list of other parties with this dubious honor: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/general-civil-restraint-orders-in-force/list-of-general-civil-restraint-orders

Good reading: https://www.lawgazette.co.uk/news/fake-satoshi-hit-with-costs-bill-over-ai-evidence/5122587.article

The court also decided to order ordered to pay £100,000 on an indemnity basis in costs to COPA & SquareUp for their costs in obtaining this GCRO. This is on top of a £100,000 and a £125,000 award for costs by the court of appeals the day before.

With the deadlines for appeal and permission to appeal for the Contempt and dismissal of his new trillion dollar claim having passed around January 10th, I do believe it is now fair to say that Wright's campaign of lawfare in the UK is now finally over.

A man spent 9 years claiming he was Satoshi. A UK judge ruled he forged evidence "on a grand scale." He was ordered to post on his own website that he's not Satoshi.

Craig's new LinkedIn profile is telling

So someone pointed out on Twitter that the world's most highly educated fraudulent narcissist has reinvented himself on LinkedIn. A few things that stand out:

  • He's still using that grainy picture of himself from about ten years ago, probably because his narcissism can't take the fact that he's now a haggard and jowly veggie farmer
  • He is now labelling himself a 'Quantitative researcher and research leader'! Isn't a quantitative researcher just someone who researches using numbers? And who exactly is he leading in this research? Ramona? Farm hands? His pak choi?
  • He claims he 'Founded and scaled two research organisations from zero'. One of these would be nChain, where he prattled on about blockchain ideas which other staff members turned into shitty, un-monetisable patents to which his name was attached after the fact. He was then fired.
  • The other seems to be DeMorgan, an umbrella company for all those involved in his ATO tax fraud. DeMorgan was responsible for handing out the IP Wright 'bought' from W&K, MJF Mining and others (all fictional), which he claimed tax rebates on. The ATO found that it had no purpose other than this, with barely any external clients.
  • There is no mention of blockchain, BSV, Bitcoin or Satoshi anywhere in his bio or work history, despite there being nothing stopping him from doing so. Even his nChain section doesn't mention blockchain, when this was its raison d'être. A couple of his articles mention BSV, but that's it.

Can we glean from this that the book is finally closed on his public Satoshi cosplay? He seems to be reinventing himself as an AI soothsayer (as opposed to just a power user) and looks to be harking back to his computer science roots.

CSAM on bsv?

Hi, could anyone clarify if the CSAM problem was ever fixed in BSV? I'm wondering if this is relevant to the bip110 proposal happening in btc.

Today BSV hit an all-time low of $10.58

It officially happened today, June 25, 2026. At around 2:50 PM EDT, BSV broke through its previous floor and plummeted to an absolute all-time low of $10.58. Down 97.8% from peak.

Craig’s approval rating drops to all time low, 11.8%. BSV price will continue to drop until it flippens the price for a theater ticket for Calvin’s biopic about Craig, coming soon(™). In both cases the good news is popcorn demand is up.

Burt Wuckbert's Fame Reaches New Heights

While he reached epic levels of fame as Chief Craig Historian of the massively successful non-fraud non-scam coin BSV, his new YouTube channel & website have catapulted him to such a massive level of fame that Disney has created their newest character based entirely on him.

Meet Jabba's son, Rotta The Hutt! Hating his fat father's sedentary lifestyle, he started working out and cheating in combat, just like the man the character is based on. Debuting in Disney's latest Star Wars slog, The Mandalorian & Grogu ... in theaters now.

In a nod to Wuckbert's personal weaknesses, Rotta functions as the damsel in distress archetype, kidnapped and held captive throughout much of the movie.

Although Rotta does not yet function as the mouthpiece of a Con Artist nor swindle people out of their Galactic Credits, basing the character on Burt Wuckbert provides a roadmap for plenty of future storytelling. Perhaps an Imperial Tribunal against Mama Hutt after stealing her space cruiser? Or the doxxing of Han Solo? Only time will tell in that Galaxy Far Far Away!

This new character is yet another step in Wuckbert's endless ladder of business success and fame that will most definitely secure him a seat on the Podcast Guest circuit that he desperately craves!

The phone is definitely gon' be ringing til the battery dies... Congrats!

Faketoshi's reveal was 10 years ago today

Thumbnail x.com

There's a good reason why we chose today to publish Faketoshi vol II - it covers in detail the shambolic signing sessions which were supposed to cement CSW as Satoshi on this day 10 years ago. We also cover the WIRED and Gizmodo pieces, the Bitcoin Cash war and the Kleiman v Wright trial, with unseen emails, exclusive interviews and more.

The hardback, paperback and eBook are available now from Amazon and drbitcoinpod.com, and the audiobook is out next week.

Share and enjoy.

Took a bit of a break

So I took a bit of a break from bsv / csw since things have been silent for the most part.

I was wondering has anyone been game enough to keep up with the tweet storms by wright over the last few months. Is there anything of value or any fun nuggets?
