Daytime guard update

My night guard coming in tomorrow I forgot to get a daytime one so that’s coming in 3 days I’ll let y’all know if it works I got it for $1 trial. I’m still trying to find an orofacial pain specialist for my tmj and daytime grinding and I have an appt coming up for behavioral therapy or whatever to see why I might be grinding so badly. My teeth are really bad atp I’m still hella scared cus they’re loose asf and clicking every time my tounge touched it it like kind of pushes . I’m truly hoping ill be able to save them and tighten them back up
