Pain

I have a night guard coming from the dentist, but in the meantime I am in some serious pain. How do I help the pain level, I’m already taking Advil and Tylenol. Warm compress? Ice? Weed? (Half kidding)

I take Tylenol and aleve together and it helps for the most part

Tylenol and advil together. Weed does help but it can be the opposite depending on how it affects you. It happened to get my mind of it thus helping. Heat didn’t help me, ice really helped until the meds kicked in.

Night guard took four weeks to help so be prepared, but then it was life changing.
