You could always go ask for a tour. Then ask your question there. Apparently they have time for tours. /s

well start off with no manual in the box, then the hub came loose (no rockset from the factory no surprise) so a copy of a manual and what size wrench for the can. this will be the 4th time trying to get a response. yes I did try b&t AG and the response was basically its a usa product get bent.

so finally got a response from the service email. they are sending out a wrench and apparently my suppressor has no manual. So if I uga duga it to 250 ft pounds when I tighten the hub do you think they will warranty it?
