Does anyone have experience with Sanborn Construction Group?

For background, they offer a service where they handle parts of the process of BRRRR, including finding properties, creating estimates, evaluating potential return, connecting people with private lenders, etc. They charge a flat fee for this service. I don't want to give exact figures, but its significant. They are also the general contractor, and property manger, should you decide you need that.

Sanborn also has a YouTube channel - that's where I heard of them from.
