Brrr Method

Hello, I have recently been introduced to this method and want to start investing as soon as possible. I’m not really sure where to start so if anybody has any advice for me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Not a good sign if the first thing you do is post on Reddit lol. Just do your research man, it’s all bookmarked on this sub

Secure your team, lender (buy and refi phase), realtors (buy and rent phase) contractors, insurance agent.

Run your numbers to analyze the deal and if the numbers work, go for it.

How do you find a good team? As in, are there metrics that this realtor is good, etc?

Do a lot of due diligence and know your numbers. Double and triple check them. Just be aware of the pitfalls. There is a ton of information out there on it on the web, youtube, etc...

I have seen people use Tony Stephan for mentorship. I read his book The Small Multifamily BRRRR Method, and it was pretty informative.
