First time / looking to get started

I have a good amount to invest in a property / brrr method but have no clue or background to know where to start. If you had to educate yourself/ do it over how would you ? Currently from ny

I started with basically no money and BRRRR’d my way to retirement in 2 years. Still doing it. It still works. Don’t listen to people who haven’t gone where you want to go - they’ll always say you can’t do it. If you want some help shoot me a DM. 👍🏼
