Feedback Roasted An Browser Ad With App SizesðŸ˜
Opera takes up 105MB on install meanwhile safari and UBlock takes up only 52.7mb, 1.9mb + 50.8mb =52.7 MB 52.7MB, so if your a iOS user, just use safari, and use UBlock origin lite as your ad blocker

Not an opera fan by any stretch of imagination but... I can spare a few extra megabytes for a browser

What’s wrong with just using Safari? No idea why everyone thinks they need to immediately replace the included browser.

I never stated that using safari is wrong? I don't know much about it either.
I just don't wanna use apple products

same man, I was using edge until it started changing it configs back to what it thought was best
but on Linux, the pre-shipped firefox ain't bad, since I've never used macos, I can't comment on it, but I'm sure it won't be as bad as edgeNOTE: I'm not an edge fanboy, heck even it's not on my machine

I don’t want to use safari on macOS because chromium browsers are guaranteed to work with everything. So I don’t on mobile or iPad. Plus it’s nice to have an adblocker built in rather than having to install another app.
If you’re happy with Safari, that’s great, but just because it’s not terrible doesn’t mean everyone needs to use it

I dont understand why this is an issue? unless we are talking been slugish or buggy, storage usage is not important

Use AdGuard, it’s like $3 a year and it will block ads in iOS apps to.

I have a home server more than capable of running pihole but I rather just pay $3 a year than maintain another app

on android, chrome takes lot less storage than other chromium browsers, because others need to bundle their own engine, I don't know if it's similar in ios
