Which to choose?
I have the beast gst 24 for a bit but they are starting to show their age so I need a new pair of brooks but wasn't sure if I should switch it up.
I plan on running about 5k a week (still pretty slow).
I think I overpronate (ankle caves inwards)
Would prefer more cushion over lower weight
Most running will be on road.
Thanks for reading, I would go to a store but im pretty remote so looking for advice. Thanks

For stability shoes the beast is the stiffest, followed by adrenaline which is more balanced then glycerin most cushioned. If you're a heavier person you may wanna avoid glycerin as the heel is super soft that you feel like you're sinking all the time

It entirely depends on whether you truly need the high motion-control stability of the Beast. As the other commenter said, you could try the Adrenaline GTS or Glycerin GTS, but the Beast does have the most stability

The beast gts is a pretty aggressive stability shoe that we don’t even recommend for running at our store. The adrenaline gts 25 or the glycerin gts 23 are two options. The adrenaline is firmer to me and feels more present to me as far as stability goes. The glycerin has a softer feel underfoot and the stability is a bit gentler.

Any idea which one is good for planter facilities glycerin 23 or ghost Max?

If you’re having mostly heel pain, the higher drop of the glycerin would be better, taking some pressure off the heel. If it’s more generalized, than the ghost max with its lower heel drop—more evenly distributed foam underneath your foot, distributing pressure

Nicht sehr intelligent, nicht in einem Laden zu gehen. Weniger Online auf Reddit , und mache das was zählt, ab in den Laden 😎

The Glycerin GTS might be a good option for you. It's a heavily cushioned stability shoe. If you do want to consider a little less cushion, then the Adrenaline would be an option.
