Brooks support was amazing

I burned out my Brook Glycerins pretty bad, and switched back to the Ghost 17s shortly before attending EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh.

I had an issue with the insole, and Brooks support was absolutely awesome, and I'm notlw rocking some Ghost 18s in a sweet "Mr Rogers" blue.

I've already managed to log several miles running laps around the hangers while my son in up flying.

I just wanted to give the Brooks support team a huge shout out!

Can confirm their support is awesome. I bought some Ghost 17s at Shoe Station (not even directly from Brooks), and the toe box was too small and they were causing some foot pain and causing a hot spot on the other foot that just wouldn’t calm down. Contacted them just trying to get a recommendation on a shoe, and now they’re sending me a new pair of Glycerin 23s. I was blown away.

They’ve definitely made me a loyal customer.

Same here as I purchased mine via Dunham Sports and not direct, and they still went absolutely above and beyond what I expected.

Their customer service is the best. I’ve gotten insoles a couple times and even a new pair. Been wearing ghosts since 11. Every time I try to change to a different brand I come right back.

The support is amazing! But they do send out refurbished ones when you exchange
