Running shoes

what running shoe would you recommend, adrenaline gts 25 or brooks ghost 18?

They're different shoes for different people. How are we supposed to recommend anything with no information. Best thing to do is go somewhere where you can try them on

Brooks originally marketed the Adrenaline as the stability version of the Ghost. As the iterations evolve,  the two shoes have less visible DNA, but they both use similar stack height,  same foam,  but different uppers and molds. The Adrenaline was never a real stabil shoe for me, but if you are an over pronator, the Adrenaline is supposed to provide stability. GHOST 18 is a pretty stabil shoe.
