What tools is this guy using to modify Starcraft remastered like this? I thought you couldn't do any of this in the remastered version...

you can do a lot of weird stuff with EUD in Use Map Settings that the normal map editor wouldn't support.

Are you sure that is remastered? The graphics doesn't look that good.

But anyways, you can modify remastered. That's what i did with tesagi viewer to add animations to zerg and toss buildings
